Victoria Beckham Beauty

Building a multi-year global SEO growth engine

SEO, Beauty

Victoria Beckham Beauty partnered with Dig & Dig to build a scalable and global SEO program that could support long-term brand visibility and revenue growth in a highly competitive beauty category.

The engagement began with a focused Q4 2024 holiday audit and strategy sprint. With limited budget and a clear need to prioritise ROI, the program centred on high-impact technical and on-site actions aligned to products and collections most likely to drive seasonal demand.

Working closely with the VBB marketing team, that first 90-day phase delivered strong early momentum by year-end, creating a clear foundation for 2025 scale.

Multi-market expansion

In 2025, the partnership evolved from launch mode into a broader multi-market growth program across both US and UK domains. We expanded optimisation efforts around core commercial collection URLs, strengthened technical site health, and supported non-branded discovery for high-intent product queries.

As the program matured, keyword coverage expanded sharply year over year in both markets. High-value non-branded terms moved into top positions, including multiple new rankings where VBB previously had no presence, improving discoverability at the exact moment users were actively searching for product solutions.

The result has been a sustained step change in SEO performance, moving from a high-impact launch phase in 2024 to scaled, compounding organic growth through 2025.
